About Me
I’m Su Moulana. I have over 35 years of experience and I am an NNEB certified nanny. I have been working as a troubleshooter for babies over 6 months and children up to 7 years old, and as a night nanny with twins and newborns for the past 18 years.
Troubleshooting covers a vast range of problems, (e.g. Co-sleeping, constant carrying, dummy weaning, breast weaning, day/night routine, difficulty of eating - babies and children, self soothing, fussy eaters, bad habits, long term attachments and many more) which I solve in a calm and gentle method. I am a mother of three grown up children and I have worked in a paediatric ward and I am fully up to date with my first aid. I now work as a newborn baby and child consultant and troubleshooter.
I understand that every baby is different and that the solution to a good night’s sleep depends on their unique attributes and situation. I will work to understand your baby and your current routine and approach. I then introduce steps to take in the day and night to start to build improved sleep. Once a step has worked, I’ll move onto the next allowing parents the time to understand what they need to do and avoid overwhelming them with advice. Quickly those steps will build up to a comprehensive and easy to follow day and night time routine that will have your baby sleeping better and you feeling better.

Virtual Consultation
Virtual sleep trainer on hand - Building up the steps to better sleep day by day – from new born babies up to seven years old (NO CRY METHOD)
Initial two hour video call consultation via face time to identify underlying causes of poor sleep and the setting up of a sleep plan – identifying initial steps to take that can be implemented during the day and at night. A routine to suit family needs (sleeping, feeding, troubleshooting - covers a wide range of problems)
Unlimited calls (audio or video) over the course of four weeks to seek advice and support as the steps are implemented and steps to take to encourage a better day and night routine – the sleep plan can be adjusted and additional steps added – hands on advice at the time of most need.
Daily check in call at a pre-agreed time to discuss the previous night’s sleep – the sleep plan can be adjusted and additional steps added.
